The product must include original brand logo, packaging & kits packets where it is applicable with the original proof of purchase.
Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery or fitting for knock-down products.
Service Charge
A 20% or 2,000 BDT service charge (whichever is higher) will be applied to the total purchase amount for all eligible returns.
Quality Assurance
Upon receipt, all returned products undergo a thorough inspection by our Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC) Department to ensure they meet our return criteria.
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive the returned product, it typically takes 2-3 weeks to process your refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized products, fabric products, and upholstered items are not eligible for return.
This policy applies even in cases of fire damage, natural calamities, or damaged sets.
