We have ensured that our customers have a safe shopping experience with furnitureconcept.com.bd. Our mission is to enhance the customer experience and to enable our customers in making informed decisions.

The Reason for the Returns/Exchanges/Refund Must Be a Legitimate Issue:

Conditions for Valid Return/Exchange:

* Return should be made on valid reason.

* Proof of purchase including order number, invoice, etc.

* Delivery of wrong product.

* Delivery of defective product.

* Delivery of the products with missing parts.

* Incorrect content on the website.

 

Returns/Exchanges/Refund May Not Apply Under Any of The Following Conditions:

* Damages due to misuse of the product.

* Any consumable item which has been used or installed.

* Products with tempered or missing components.

* If the product found dirty, stained, scratched or abused.

* Any fault associated with transportation of product for shifting purpose from one place to another by customer, furnitureconcept.com.bd is not responsible for it.

 

Product Replacement and Refund:

Product replacement is subject to same availability at furnitureconcept.com.bd. If your item arrived in defective condition, it is eligible for a free replacement, if the same product is available. If the same item is not available, a refund will be issued.

Furniture items in delivery condition can be returned/exchange within 72 hours of purchase. This policy is meant to respect the idea that a customer can change his mind within a certain period of time and it does not have to cost him/her a fortune. In this case only 7% service charge on total purchase amount will be applicable. This does not apply to customized products, fabric products or upholstery.

 

Warranty Policy:

* 2 years warranty from the date of product delivery.

 

Warranty Obligations are Limited to Terms Below:

* This warranty covers only the manufacturing faults of the products.

* This warranty includes repair or replacement of parts of the product during warranty period only. However, cost of repair parts will be charged for damage due mishandling, misuse or negligence.

* Warranty claims will only be entertained subject to production of challan of the product.

 

This Warranty Is Not Applicable To:

* Damage due to mishandling, misuse or negligence.

* Damage which does not relate to manufacturing process.

* Any defect not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

 

Delivery/Shipment Policy:

* Delivery of the ordered items is subject to the availability of the products at our warehouse/store.

* When you purchase furniture from furnitureconcept.com.bd will deliver it safely to you.

* furnitureconcept.com.bd will deliver the ready stocked product within 10 Working days inside Dhaka and it will take 15 working days for outside of Dhaka.

* If your order contains multiple items and one (or more) items are out of stock, we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original payment method for the out-of-stock items.

* Out of stock products will be delivered within 25-30 working days, after customer’s negotiation and confirmation.

* If the customer is interested in receiving the product by third party logistics, he will have to pay the delivery fee and, in this case, furnitureconcept.com.bd will not be responsible for any damage to the product during delivery by third party logistics.

* Delivery schedule will be confirmed after discussion with customer.

* Orders are only on business/working days, which are Saturday to Thursday.

* Address details are required for all express orders.

* Orders cannot be sent to PO Box.

* Due to any unavoidable circumstances, the product delivery date may change.

 

Payment Policy:

Cash on Delivery (Optional) for order value up to BDT 10,000. The order value of more than BDT 10,000, 100% invoice amount needs to be paid in advance (through Cash, Card or, bkash).

*VAT has to be paid in excess of the total amount of payment as per government policy. VAT Challan will be provided to the customers.

 

Cancelation Policy:

1. furnitureconcept.com.bd may cancel any order if the stock of the ordered product(s) is temporarily unavailable.

2. If the customer agrees to wait for stock availability of the product(s), the order may remain in open/processing/hold status for a maximum of 30 days.

3. In the case of clause (1), If the customer has already paid in advance against the order, Customer will get full refund within 15 working days if no cashback is received and refund amount will be adjusted if customer receives any cashback offer.

4. After confirmation of any order, if the order is canceled by the customer and online payment has already been made by the customer against that order, furnitureconcept.com.bd will charge an online gateway transaction fee while disbursing the refund amount.

5. Cancellation of order after delivery is not allowed.

 

Service Policy:

* Client will get free repair service during warranty period also can ask furnitureconcept.com.bd for repair through paid service after 2 years warranty from date of purchase.

* If the defect occurs due to the following reasons, the warranty will be considered invalid: Misuse/Improper shifting/Accident/Fire dispose/Faulty setup by the user/Lack of proper maintenance.
